Richmond Music has been involved in the music industry since 1996. Our music schools provide individually designed music education programs that are delivered by competent education professionals in a pleasant learning environment. In addition, each Franchise is operated by personable, knowledgeable and courteous Franchisees that are trained musicians and educators. Our certified instructors, are either University Music Graduates, University students, Professional Musicians or Registered Music Teachers that hold the R.M.T. designation.
Richmond Music schools and full service music stores are the exclusive distributor for quality musical instruments such as: Viva, Gor, Electro, Ritmo, Francesco Italia, Waseca and Slap among others.
In addition to the regular music programs, we also provide: Friday Garage Band Sessions, Percussion Ensembles, Drum Circle, Vocal Coaching, Jazz lessons, Acting lessons and Seniors’ Programs.
Throughout the school year, there are various theme contests for our students. Our annual open house is held during the second week of December. Parents/Guardians have the opportunity to observe their child’s music lesson along with some special treats.
The annual Richmond Music Recital is held in June. All participating students are presented with the Annual Richmond Music Recital Trophy.
Several of our students have pursued their music studies further at the University or College and have returned to teach at Richmond Music. This is a true testament to any educational institution.
